IUD Insertion

We are now able to offer insertion of intrauterine devices (IUD's) at East Geelong Medical Centre. This includes the Mirena, Kyleena and Copper IUD. IUD's are a safe and effective form of contraception and can also have benefits for managing troublesome periods. To discuss or organise insertion, contact reception to book a 30 minute appointment with a Doctor. The initial appointment will involve an assessment and determining the best IUD for you. A further appointment will be required for insertion.
